Delete your data

Scrapline currently keeps progress on your device. Chrono Collapse may also use cloud data. Follow the instructions for the game you use.

Delete Scrapline data

Scrapline currently does not create a ROKS account or upload your save data to us. To erase its local progress on Android:

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Open Apps, then choose Scrapline.
  3. Open Storage and choose Clear storage or Clear data.
  4. Alternatively, uninstall Scrapline to remove its local app data.

Google Play may keep independent purchase records under Google's own policies. Clearing local data does not cancel or refund a purchase.

Delete Chrono Collapse in the app

This is the fastest method for cloud data and does not require an email. Make sure the game shows that cloud save is connected, then:

  1. Open Chrono Collapse on your Android device.
  2. Open the Shop from the main game screen.
  3. Scroll to Delete cloud data and tap Delete.
  4. Read the warning and confirm Delete.

Deletion is permanent. Your server account and cloud progress cannot be restored after confirmation. Local app files may remain on the device until you clear app storage or uninstall the app.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, email privacy@roks.dev with the subject Chrono Collapse data deletion request. Include the player ID shown in the app, if available, and the Google email used for recovery, if you linked one. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or Google authentication codes.

We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm when the process is finished.

What is deleted

  • the pseudonymous cloud player account and credentials;
  • cloud save state and progression;
  • linked Google identity and email, if any;
  • purchase records and active in-game entitlements associated with the account; and
  • server-side reward and entitlement history associated with the account.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or another legal obligation. Google independently retains Play transaction and advertising information under its own policies. Deleting your game data does not cancel a Google Play payment or erase records held by Google.
